We are very happy to have you visiting the website of Power of the Cross Church.  The philosphy of Power of the Cross is three dimensional.  By that we mean to worship the Lord in Spirit and in truth, secondly, to reach the unchurched with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Thirdly, to make disciples.   The Bible says in Psalm 62:11, " . . . that power belongeth unto God.'   It was at the cross at Calvary that the Lord displayed the greatest demonstration of His power. 

 He gave His Son, Jesus Christ for each and every man, woman, boy and girl.  It is because of this that this church is named Power of the Cross.  Paul wrote in Romans 1:16, "For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek."  Only thru the cross can people be transformed.  We have to lift up the Christ, and the way we do that is to point to what Christ did at cross.
